The service we provide will cover a Fire Risk Assessment of the internal and external aspects of the property.
We measure all of the internal rooms of the property while the assessment takes place, a floor plan is then drawn up.
We provide you with a service which will include an action plan within the Fire Risk Assessment report. The action plan will guide you to minimize the risk of a fire at the property assessed.
Residential fire risk assessment and floor plan. Our price structure is £85 for properties that are within the area of Leicester, outside of this area our fee will be based on the mileage involved. If you have more than one property that needs a fire risk assessment, and these can be carried out on the same date, and they're within a radius of 25 miles each other. Our price will reduce to £75 per property (+mileage If outside Leicester)
