The service we provide will cover a Fire Risk Assessment of the internal and external aspects of the property.
We measure all of the internal rooms of the property while the assessment takes place, a floor plan is then drawn up.
We provide you with a service which will include an action plan written into the Fire Risk Assessment report. The action plan will guide you and your landlords to minimise the risk of a fire at the property assessed.
Residential fire risk assessment and floor plan. An introductory offer; which includes the first Five property Fire Risk Assessments and Floor Plans: £85 for each property. Once the introductory assessments have been completed, the price will go in-line with our 2025 fee's which is £99 per property assessment.
